Using ranwall is a simple task and its configuration options have a nice selection of customization. When you run the program, it will automatically download a wallpaper that you can then apply to your desktop.
The downloaded wallpapers here display the source and the resolution of the image. Users can select between different levels of resolution such as DF, HD and even free 4k wallpapers from the web. Images can be forcefully resized under advanced settings.
